Gulfport Auto and Truck Repair at 1099 49th Street South, Gulfport, Florida.

Ridiculous service. I wouldn't even give one star if i didn't have to. I was only notified of a update on my vehicle once the day it came in. Everytime thereafter I had to reach out to them for updates on the progress of the work. Which is awfully slow. Fastforward 7 full days later still no car for a 3-4 day job (per Justin the manager or whomever he is). I've been more than understanding for a $1300 fix which $900 of is labor. I was told my head gasket would be sent out for two days for testing on tuesday the following monday i'm told it still has not been returned. My problem is just like they have to work to make a living so does their paying customers. We do not deserve the run around about our transportation. Its unfair and disrespectful. After requesting to speak a higher personnel I was told i would not be able to because they're going to tell me the same thing. Go figure. I am so very disappointed to have been recommended this place by AAA. Service is awful, i will never use AAA nor this shady shop again.
